100 Watt 4 Year Anniversary

Kveik (say it like “kwike”) means “yeast” in a particular Norwegian dialect. For generations, Norwegian brewers have been quietly passing down the yeast that ferment their unique, characterful farmhouse ales between family and friends. For our Annie we chose to brew something between a porter and a mild black IPA to accompany the unique profile of this yeast. Cheers & Hurrah!
