Experimental question: can we brew a beer so strong and full-bodied we can even seduce wine-lovers with grains instead of grapes. The answer is this American Barleywine with a floral, earthy bitterness of Columbus, Chinook and Centennial hops. Gorgeously copper-colored, complex and chewy.
